To help Jessup Ridge residents experience the community’s natural beauty and tranquility, an extensive network of walking trails is planned for future development.

The planned trails will give you the chance to make personal acquaintance with some of Jessup Ridge’s original residents—the native deer, wild turkey and other wildlife that make their homes here.

Current plans call for the Jessup Ridge trail system to course along stream banks and common areas throughout the community.  We plan for the trail network to enter the Haw River State Park,   which is adjacent to the northeast boundary of Jessup Ridge, and hopefully to connect with North Carolina’s Mountains to Sea Trail,  which is now being developed to traverse the state.
